
We would like to introduce MALL DELIVERY, a new service that aims to provide customers on Mimovrste.com and Mall.hr with a uniform, transparent and competitive shipping costs for smallbox items - both from our offer (1P) and from the marketplace offer.
At the same time, these items will also be included in the SMART! program, which provides customers with free shipping, further increasing conversion and purchase frequency.*
How does Mall Delivery work?
For the buyers

- 2,49 EUR for parcel machines and pick-up points (including our shops)

For partners
Upon receipt of the order:
- We automatically create a shipping label in the Mall Portal.
- Print it out and stick it on the package.
- Drop off the package at a DPD DROP-OFF point or prepare it for collection.
All further delivery steps and status updates are arranged by us.
Costs for partners
Monthly subscription fee (depending on the number of shipments per month):

The subscription includes picking up shipments at the partner's address. The monthly subscription price is exclusive of VAT and is charged 1 month after delivery.
The monthly subscription is FREE if the partner delivers the shipments to the delivery service at the delivery service pick-up points (e.g. Petrol stations in Slovenia or DPD pick-up points in Croatia**).
a/ SMART! orders (free shipping for customer) for SI - SI*
- Paketomat / pick-up points: 1,05 EUR + VAT
- Home delivery: 1,46 EUR + VAT
The SMART! programme is about strongly subsidised costs, aimed at higher sales and a more competitive offer.
b/ customers without SMART!:
- Successful delivery: no cost to the partner. The buyer pays the delivery costs.
- Unsuccessful delivery (undelivered package): the same as the cost to the buyer.
Possible additional costs:
- Inadequate packaging (package cannot be sorted): 5,00 EUR + VAT
- Heavy or bulky packages (over 31.5 kg or over 300 cm): 5,00 EUR + VAT
Complete billing related to Mall Delivery is listed as a separate line item to the monthly invoice in the Mall Partner Portal under the “billing” tab with a one-month delay.

How to activate Mall Delivery
If you are already a registered partner, you can sign up for the service directly on the MALL Partner Portal > Logistics/MALL Delivery tab.
After you submit your request, a representative will contact you to go over the details of setting up the service, such as selecting a drop-off location or collection information. After a mutual agreement, we will then activate the service on a specific date so that you are ready for a change in your logistics processes. At the same time, we will be available during the transition period to ensure that the remaining orders are processed correctly in the original mode.
