MALL Delivery is a service provided by the Mall Group to simplify logistics processes and order processing for our partners.
The way the service works is that the partner, after receiving the order, picks up the goods according to its standard process, except that during the packing process it gets the carrier's label directly from the MALL Partner portal. Shipment of the package is done through the affiliate network of Uloženka by WE|DO or the partner has the option of ordering the delivery service directly to their warehouse for larger shipment volumes. The MALL Partner system automatically fills in the tracking information for the end customer for the orders and also updates the order status at the time of delivery.

The current version of the service supports transport in the Czech and Slovak Republics for packages of the following types smallbox. We cover both types of delivery - the MALL network of outlets and home delivery.
Technically, the service works directly on the MALL Partner platform and therefore no other integration is necessary. If you are a partner using the API, it is relatively easy to extend your existing connection. If you use the MALL portal for order management, you will be able to use the service directly through it.
The activation and management of the service is completely free of charge for partners selling on the MALL Partner platform. The partner also does not pay any fees for delivery to the customer, the only exception is the use of the FDEL label on the product, which activates free shipping on the product. In this case, the Partner will pay the shipping charges for the customer.
In addition, if the partner sends shipments through the branch network, he does not pay anything for the submission of the shipments. In the case of a collection service from the partner's warehouse in the Czech Republic, a monthly fee is charged for this service, which is set at CZK 1,950 excluding VAT.
The pricing of the service is adjusted to the Mall Group's settings when the service is active. Therefore, the partner loses the possibility to adjust the shipping prices for the customer, their levels or setting a free limit (i.e. the limit from which the customer has free shipping).
How to activate the service
If you are an existing partner with a completed registration, you can apply for the service directly on the MALL Partner Portal tab Transport/MALL transport.

After you submit your request, a representative will contact you to go over the details of setting up the service, such as selecting a drop-off location or collection information. After a mutual agreement, we will then activate the service on a specific date so that you are ready for a change in your logistics processes. At the same time, we will be available during the transition period to ensure that the remaining orders are processed correctly in the original mode.
