Exporting orders for import into Storage by WE|DO

Options for setting up your own delivery, Orders and administration

Since the inclusion of the Uloženka by WE|DO service significantly increases your sales on the MALL platform, we have decided to simplify the process of placing shipments for those of you who do not use the API connection to the Uloženka carrier. delivered to branches for personal collection.

Therefore, you will now find a special export option in the new order list in the MALL partner portal, which is compatible with the import file structure in the Repository.

1) Setting the number of packages for individual orders

For the service to work properly, you must first enter the number of packages for each order in the MALL Partner Portal.

This action is ideally done at the time of order preparation on your side, when the order is in a state of SHIPPING. On the order page, select the tab Shippingon which you will see a new column in the default view Number of packages. You can adjust the number directly from the order list. If it is more convenient for you to use the view in another quick tab, you must first enable the column display in the column configuration. Number of packages.

2) Generate export file

Once you have filled in the number of packages, the system will automatically mark the orders for you to generate a report (if you want to include some more, mark them manually).

If you have at least one order selected, you will see the option at the top of the table Export to Storage. When you press the option, the system will automatically download the file.

In the file you will find pre-filled customer data and the number of packages. The export leaves the Note field in the last column free for you to fill in the file as you wish. The system also does not fill in the details of your delivery branch/delivery point, which must be completed by you either directly in the file or after importing in the Storage Administration before saving the shipment. Alternatively, it is possible to set the default filling of columns in the configuration of your store (see instructions below - point 4).

Please note that file generation is only possible in the SHIPPING and SHIPPED states for transports supported by WE|DO. If you use MALL Delivery, the system will automatically exclude these orders from the export.

3) Uploading a file in the Storage Administration by WE|DO

After logging in to your account in the Repository, select the Import CSV option.

On the import tab, upload the file and make sure you have the option checked I use a header file according to Documentation .

Depending on your needs, we also recommend checking the option to check before final import. Within the check, you can make adjustments to individual shipments or add additional data.

4) Setting the default columns in the Repository

In case you want to speed up the uploading of files, you can set up a new import file pattern in the administration of your account in the Repository. This way the system fills in the default values in the empty columns when uploading the file for you. We recommend that you set up the auto-fill especially for the filing branch column, but it is also possible to fill in the note field in this way.

To set up a new pattern, go to your Account Settings on the CSV settings.

Select the add option in the right corner and fill in the required information. The column order for filling in your filing branch in the portal export is
Fill in the abbreviated branch code as the default value, e.g. in the form ph4. If you are using a collection service, you can leave the branch submission field blank.

You can find your branch code in the branch overview csv file on the tab Implementation.

Once you have filled in the default values, press Save at the bottom of the page.

When uploading files, you will now be presented with the option to select an import file pattern.
