With Christmas approaching, we try to do our best to ensure a happy shopping experience for our customers. That's why we have decided to extend the return period for goods purchased between 16 October and 23 December 2023.
Customers of MALL.cz and MALL.sk will be able to return unpacked, undamaged goods with original packaging and accessories until 31 January 2024, shipments will be returned to your warehouse according to GTC Article 7.
Extended returns do not apply to the following items:

- drugstores
- perfume
- food
- drinks
- alcohol
- syrups
- gift tea sets
- Audiobooks
- e-books
- digital content
- e-licence
- Music
- films
- customized gifts
- vouchers
- Certificates
- erotic goods
- newspapers, magazines
We also recommend checking and updating the addresses and contacts that are designated for the main warehouse in the MALL Partner portal.
We believe this move will motivate customers to buy earlier and help us all get through the upcoming season together.
