To start selling and creating vouchers in the MALL Partner Portal, you need the following:
- Step Settings in the MALL Partner Portal.
- Virtual Carrier Settings.
- Setting up notifications for new orders.
Step 1 Setup in the MALL Partner Portal
To continue, you need to click through the steps in the MALL Portal to the SETUP step. Margins and fees shown do not apply to the Save the Business programme, you are automatically set to zero margin. Just confirm this step now so that you can continue with the instructions below.
In step Settings it is now possible to prepare everything necessary for the launch of your vouchers. Once the setup is complete on your end, proceed to the Data Check status by marking the individual points at the bottom of the page as SOLVED and confirm by saving. After our check you will be launched on MALL.CZ. We will inform you about this change by e-mail.
2. Virtual Carrier Settings
You don't physically send the voucher, you send it by email, but you still need to set up a carrier to start the sale, because until the launch of the SAVE THE BUSINESS! program, our partners only shipped goods.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Transportation and select Transportation Settings.
- Click on +New Carrier at the top right of the page and type the following into the form:
- Carrier type: virtual carrier for Vouchers (KOD 150)
- Transport name: Vouchers
- Delivery time: 0
- Shipping cost: 0
- Cash on delivery price: 0
3. Setting up notifications for new orders
We recommend setting up email notifications for new orders. You can make the settings in the left part in the Partner section.
First check the tab Contacts. You can add a new/additional contact to your contacts and set roles for the selected contact. Roles are used for email communication sent by MALL.
In the tab Manage notifications confirm that your notifications are active. You will not miss out on information about a new order.
