Change in fares and compensation

With regard to the increase in the number of orders for subsidized transport and SMART! transport, we have decided to apply this setting to all orders meeting the specific conditions for the CZ and SK and SI market. 

Please see below for what the free shipping (subsidised shipping) setting means and how it will be compensated. 

Subsidised delivery 

What does subsidised delivery mean? 

If you see an order in the portal with a zero price shipping fee and free shipping has not been set on your side, it is an order included in the subsidized shipping. For these orders, the customer does not pay the shipping fee, the shipping fee is refunded to MALL as part of the billing to the partner. 

To make your order part of the subsidized shipping on MALL.cz, the price for shipping must not be higher than 149 CZK, for MALL.sk it must not be higher than 6 EURand at the same time the customer must have goods from multiple partners in the basket.


The order number is used as an identifier. IF your order number ends in a different two-digit number than 01, the order contains items from several partners.

SMART! Transportation

The compensation also includes the new SMART! service, which is available on the CZ, SK and SI markets.
In order for an order to be marked as SMART! and receive free shipping, the customer must meet the following conditions:

  • the customer must have activated the SMART!
  • minimum order value is 299 CZK/12.9 EUR
  • the order is delivered to the dispatch point or to the dispatch box
  • not valid for bigbox shipments

Compensation 

If you use MALL Self-billing billing, use our checking account to verify the amount form, through which you will send the invoice in the amount indicated with a 14-day due date and the text: 'Subsidised shipment transport month/year'. The invoice should be sent preferably within 7 days, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the documents. 

If you have manual billing, add the compensated amount to the next billing as a separate line item on the invoice: 'Subsidized Shipment Freight Month/Year' and send this invoice to accounting department or through Forms.

Only shipments successfully delivered/collected (your Delivered status in the Partner Portal) are included in the compensation calculation for the month.
You will receive an automatic email to the email address you have entered in the MALL Partner Portal for the role Finance.

Orders shipped by MALL Delivery and the use of the FDEL label are not eligible for this compensation.

If your order includes free shipping and you suspect that the setting does not match the subsidized shipping or you have not used the FDEL label, contact Operations team.

If MALL guarantees free shipping to customers (excluding MALL Delivery and FDEL) then MALL shares 80 % and the partner 20 % in the cost of free shipping.
