Dear partners,
We would like to inform you about the planned changes in the traffic configuration that will take place at the turn of November and December this year.
Since you are using API connections, these changes will only affect you if you are using endpoint Deliveries (setting carriers and their prices). Our statistics show that partners use this endpoint minimally and therefore it is likely that you will not be forced to interfere with your implementation. To verify your configuration, please forward this email to your programmer or technical solution administrator.
If you are after all a partner using the above mentioned endpoint, it is possible to exclude you from the mass launch wave by prior agreement and then set an individual date for switching to the new version of the solution. However, we expect that this deferral will be granted to partners until the end of March 2020 at the latest. To opt out, you must contact your onboarding specialist or through our Help Centre.
All functionality described below will be available in the user interface the MALL Partner portal, this change does not necessarily mean that it is necessary to implement a modification of your API connection. Have the new version set up automatically right away, take advantage of all the new functionality in the season by setting it up directly in the portal and resolve the implementation in the new year, or go fully manual if you don't use dynamic carrier and pricing settings.

Upcoming changes:
- the existing deliveries endpoint and all its functions will be completely disabled
- several new endpoints will be created for setting transports and their prices
We will make the technical documentation available to you as soon as it is ready. However, expect the implementation of the new solution to be slightly more complex than the existing one.
The new version of the transport settings allows you to:
- Separately set the close time at the level of each carrier according to the days of the week
- Our statistics show that if you set the right close time by individual carriers, you will be able to increase your sales in the last days before Christmas, thanks to the differentiation of delivery according to the possibilities of individual carriers.
- Choose a calendar country to refine the estimated delivery calculation on the customer's site
- Particularly useful if you sell abroad with us, as a partner from Slovakia you will be able to set up a Slovak calendar on your sales account. This way you can make your customers' expectations of when the goods will be delivered as precise as possible.
- Ability to correctly set periods when you are not working
- The ability to set the supply delay or the downtime in your delivery as a specific time range of days with pre-setting. Useful for example for Christmas holidays, inventory, holidays, etc.
