On March 1, 2024, we will introduce changes to the MALL Partner General Business Terms and Conditions (further referred to as "GBTC"). You can find the GBTC here.
Who is affected by the changes
GBTC are global, so these changes affect all MALL platforms in all countries where the MALL Partner service is launched. They also concern MIMOVRSTE Partner in Slovenia.
What the changes are
The main changes in GBTC from March 1, 2024 are the following:
- The new name of Internet Mall a.s. in Czechia: Allegro Retail a.s. (Article 2.1.12 GBTC)
- The new headquarters address and VAT no. in Hungary: m-HU Internet Kft., Soroksári út 44., H-1095 Budapest, Tax ID: 26516574-2-43 (Article 2.1.12 GBTC)
- Change in the selling price definition: includes all taxes and fees under effective legal regulations now (Article 2.1.24 GBTC)
- Change in claims conditions: if the claim is judged by the Partner as unjustified, they must send the claimed goods back to MALL at their own expense (Article 7.5 GBTC). Also, the goods destroyed on the way to the customer (broken glass items, spilled liquids and so on) will not be physically returned to the Partner for a claim. The partner will receive photos as proof instead. (Article 7.15 GBTC)
- Added prices for transporting goods shipped by MALL to the Partner when the goods are returned to MALL by the customer in Slovenia (Article 7.13 GBTC)
- An 8-day deadline has been established for the Partner's objections to the tax documents issued by MALL (Article 8.5 GBTC)
