Nové Centrum nápovědy

V MALL Partner portálu jsme pro Vás nasadili zbrusu novou podobu Centra nápovědy. Práce v něm tak bude nyní snazší než kdy dřív.
Najdete zde přehledně jak informace k podpoře marketingových kampaní, tak i detaily ohledně sledování kvality služeb SLA a veškerou technickou pomoc od scénáře pro vyřešení problému s nezobrazenými produkty, až po rozcestník na články pro jednotlivé problematiky pro Váš typ napojení. Využitím Centra nápovědy zajistíte směřování dotazu na správné oddělení a tím i urychlení vyřízení Vašeho dotazu. Video, jak s Centrem nápovědy pracovat pak naleznete i na našem YouTube kanálu.

Rozšíření objednávkových endpointů o možnost filtrace pro API

V API dokumentaci nově naleznete nové možnosti filtrace u objednávkových endpointů. Filtrovat je nyní možné na základě všech atributů ve výsledcích volání. Zejména možnost časového volání od posledních změn umožňuje značně snížit množství požadavků při zpětné validaci objednávkových dat.
Zároveň připomínáme, že pro efektivní získávání informací o objednávkách, můžete využít také webhooku. Více informací naleznete zde.

Nastavení termínu dodání během prázdnin

S ohledem na blížící se prázdniny Vám chceme připomenout správné nastavení dostupnosti zboží podle otevírací doby Vašeho skladu. V případě celozávodní dovolené či uzavření skladu, zohledněte prosím toto nastavení v MALL Partner portálu v sekci Doprava či u konkrétního produktu. Více informací naleznete v článku o delivery delay.
Nastavením správného Delivery delay zákazník obdrží zásilku v očekávané lhůtě a zvýšíme tak kvalitu zákaznických služeb.

New Help Center

In the MALL Partner portal, we have deployed a brand new version of the Help Center for you. This will make it easier than ever to work in it. Here you will find clear information about possible marketing campaigns, as well as details about monitoring the quality of SLA services

You will also find all technical assistance there such as scenario how to solve a problem with your products that are not showing on the web and there is also a guide to articles for individual issues according to your type of connection.

By using the Help Center, you will ensure that the query is directed to the correct department and this you will speed up the processing of your query. You can also find a video on how to work with the Help Center on our YouTube channel.

Extension of order endpoints with the possibility of filtering for API

You will now find new filtering options for order endpoints in the API documentation. It is now possible to filter based on all attributes in the call results. In particular, the possibility of time calling since the last changes allows to significantly reduce the number of requirements for retrospective validation of order data.

At the same time, we remind you that for efficient acquisition of information about orders, you can also use the webhook. More information can be found here.

Setting the delivery date during the holidays

With regard to the upcoming holidays, we would like to remind you of the correct setting of the availability of goods according to the opening hours of your warehouse. In the case of a plant shutdown or warehouse closure, please take this setting into account in the MALL Partner portal in the Transport section or set this for a specific product. See the delivery delay article for more information.

By setting the correct delivery delay, the customer will receive the order within the expected time and thus will be increased the quality of customer service.
