What is MALL Delivery

We present to you MALL DELIVERY, a new service with which we want to provide customers on Mimovrste.com and Mall.hr with uniform, transparent and competitive shipping costs for smallbox items - both from our offer (1P) and from the marketplace offer.

At the same time, these items will be included also in the SMART!, which allows customers to receive free shipping, further increasing conversion and purchase frequency.*


How does Mall Delivery work?

For the buyers

A simple and competitive structure that is proven to deliver a higher rate of completed purchases.

For partners

Upon receipt of the order:

  1. We automatically create a shipping label in the Mall Portal.
  2. Print it out and stick it on the package.
  3. Drop off the package at a DPD DROP-OFF point or prepare it for collection.

All further delivery steps and status updates are arranged by us.


Costs for partners

Monthly subscription fee (depending on the number of shipments per month):

The subscription includes picking up shipments at the partner's address. The monthly subscription price is exclusive of VAT and is charged 1 month after delivery.

The monthly subscription is FREE if the partner delivers the shipments to the delivery service at the delivery service pick-up points (e.g. Petrol stations in Slovenia or DPD pick-up points in Croatia).

The SMART! programme is about heavily subsidised costs, aimed at higher sales and a more competitive offer.

Full costing related to Mall Delivery is listed as a separate item to the monthly invoice in the Mall Partner Portal under the “billing” tab with a one-month delay.

How to activate Mall Delivery

If you are an existing partner with a completed registration, you can apply for the service directly on the MALL Partner Portal tab Transport/MALL transport.

After you submit your request, a representative will contact you to go over the details of setting up the service, such as selecting a drop-off location or collection information. After a mutual agreement, we will then activate the service on a specific date so that you are ready for a change in your logistics processes. At the same time, we will be available during the transition period to ensure that the remaining orders are processed correctly in the original mode.
