How to set up traffic on MALL Partner

No matter how you connect to MALL Partner or Mimovrste Marketplace in Slovenia (see connection methods), you need to set up the delivery that will be displayed to customers in the shopping cart on the site.
Before making any product visible on our site, you must have the delivery set up correctly.

Types of carriers for MALL Partner

In general, two types of transport are established - delivery to PUDO and Lockers and delivery to an address. One carrier of each type can be specified (in two variants - smallbox and bigbox).

For the user who shops on Mimovrste or Mall.hr, these types of transport will be displayed in the Cart:

According to the procedure below, you need to specify the shipping for personal collection and for delivery to the address:

We recommend setting up both home delivery and personal collection, as the option of personal collection can significantly increase the attractiveness of the product in the eyes of the customer.

Setting up transports in the MALL Partner Portal

First, log in to the MALL Partner portal and then go to the tab Logistics - Delivery Setting. 
Bookmark Delivery settings is divided into sections Carriers and Warehouse.

Carriers

Add a new Delivery using the button on the top right "New delivery carrier".

You will then be presented with a form to fill in your shipping details. You can only use the carriers that are offered to you.

Shipping according to price/weight of order

You can create price levels in the shipments according to the weight or price of the order.
You can set different pricing rules for shipping and delivery. However, you need to fill in both values.

Price levels:

By default, one price level is preset in the range 0 - unlimited. You only add the shipping and COD price. The cash on delivery price is the price that will be added to the shipping price if the customer chooses to pay on delivery.

If you need to use multiple price levels, you can add any quantity using the "Add level„, see picture below.
You can also set up free shipping above the amount you choose, just enter „0“ in the blank field.

Weight levels:

If you choose to use weight levels, you need to have the package weight (dimensions) filled in for the products. Based on this information, the system will correctly evaluate which weight level the product falls into.

Only one type of level (by price/weight) can be active at any time.
After saving, only the selected type will be active.

Here you can also take advantage of free shipping from a certain amount you choose.

After entering all the data, just save the new transport. It will then be displayed in the transport list where it can be edited in the future.
ATTENTION! It is not possible to change an existing carrier to another one, you need to create a new one first and then delete the original carrier using the trash icon.

In the picture you can see that Post of Slovenia Pickup points codes are added (i.e. for personal collection) and Post of Slovenia and DPD carrier for delivery to the address.

You may get a message in the transport list that you are missing a transport for smallbox/bigboxfor the products you have based. This flag is very important because it pairs the transport with the product.

Example:
If you have both smallbox and bigbox products set up, but you have only set up shipping for smallbox, you will see a message in the shipping list that you are missing shipping for bigbox products and vice versa. So you need to reload the bigbox transport.

Warehouse

Bookmark Warehouse allows you to specify the calendar of the country in which you have a warehouse to refine the calculation of expected delivery on the customer's site.
Make the settings by clicking on the pencil icon.

Select the country where your warehouse is located, from which you are shipping (e.g. your warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, sales are made on Mimovrste or Mall.hr - select Czech Republic as the calendar. This step will ensure that the correct delivery expectation reflecting your Czech warehouse calendar is displayed to Slovenian and Croatian customers).

From the whisperer you can select the country of storage and save.
