SAVE THE BUSINESS - How to do it?

At MALL.CZ, we know how hard the current situation can hit businesses that have had to close. That's why we put our heads together and came up with an idea to quickly help local businesses stay afloat.

We have created a platform where you can easily sell vouchers for your services to your customers. The whole process is simple and together we can do it in just a few steps.

Step 1 - REGISTRATION

You have now gone through the first step. You will find an activation link in the email you entered when you registered. Click on it and choose a password to log in to the MALL Partner portal. This portal will be used to create vouchers and manage orders that will come from customers.

Our margins listed in the MALL Partner Portal are not valid for the Save the Business program. They only apply to standard sales through the Mall Marketplace.

Step 2 - DOCUMENTS

We need a few documents from you, which we will request by email:
1. trade certificate;
2. a scan or photograph of your ID card;
3. scan or photograph of the bank statement header.

- This scan must show that you are the owner of the bank account into which we will pay you.
- Enter your bank account number in the MALL Partner Portal in the next step described below.

Step 3 - MALL PARTNER PORTAL

If we have all the necessary information from you, you can start setting up the MALL Partner Portal.

Once you have completed setting up your profile, proceed to create vouchers as described below.

Step 4 - CREATING A SHOW

When creating vouchers, follow the instructions zde.

Once you've created the vouchers, you're done. Now just study how to work with incoming orders :).

Step 5 – WORKING WITH CUSTOMER ORDERS

You can find the entire order process here.

Remember that you are the sender of the voucher to the customer!!
So please prepare a voucher and text to send to your customers (you can find an example of a voucher in the link above).

After sending the email with the voucher, set the order status in the MALL Partner Portal to Delivered.
