On August 1, 2025, we will introduce changes to the MALL Partner General Business Terms and Conditions (further referred to as "GBTC"). You can find the GBTC here.
Who will be affected by the changes
The GBTC concerns mainly all MIMOVRSTE Partners selling in Slovenia.
What the changes are
We will apply the following changes to the GBTC on August 1, 2025:
- we will remove all references to specific article numbers of the laws to ensure the broadest possible application of the GBTC in both Slovenia and Croatia
- We will use the term „MALL“ whenever a partner program is mentioned here, while Section 2.1.1 clarifies the definitions of „MALL.“.
- we will provide all amounts in EUR now.
