1 October 2024 your business partner Allegro Retail a.s. will merge with its parent company - Mall Group a.s.which will also change its name to Allegro Retail a.s.
What it means for you
- If you have with our company self-billing - you don't need to make any changes.
- If you don't have self-billing - send all tax documents electronically in PDF format to mp@mall.cz.
If you are exhibiting the following documents:
- invoices or credit notes with taxable supplies from 1 October 2024
- tax documents for advances received with taxable supplies from 1 October 2024
- other tax documents for transactions
- other commercial documents

The old company details apply only to tax documents with taxable transactions issued by until 30 September 2024.
What will happen if you do not change the details
If you issue an invoice or other document with old company details, we will ask you to correct them. We will not accept documents with incorrect company details and we will not make a billing based on them.
