we would like to inform you that with effect from 1 January 2024 companies are merged Internet Mall, a.s., CZC.cz s.r.o, WE|DO CZ s.r.o. and AMG Media a.s.
The companies will now be under a single name Allegro Retail Inc.
From 1 January 2024 it is therefore necessary to adjust company name on invoices and similar documents at Allegro Retail a.s.
Invoices with taxable transactions (documents with a TIN) and other documents with the old company name will not be valid from 1 January 2024 inclusive and will be returned for reworking.
