SLA Tracking rate
In the Quality of Service (SLA) section of the partner portal, an additional tab called Tracking rate has been added to the Cancel rate and Status error monitoring options. Tracking rate shows the percentage of orders with a completed tracking number and tracking URL to all orders shipped outside of MALL Delivery service.

New changes in the delivery settings on MALL Partner portal
In order to simplify logistics and warehouse processes, we have prepared changes in delivery settings. More information about these changes can be found here. A brief description of the changes that can be set up in the MALL Partner portal or via the API interface:
- Close time – the possibility to set different close time for individual days of the week according to the agreed pick-up time with your delivery carrier.
- Supply delay – possibility to set up a delayed delivery for the needs of e.g. warehouse downtime, holidays, inventory, count, etc.
- Sales account calendar – possibility to select the country of the warehouse from which you ship orders.
- Pricing rules setting – possibility of separate settings for delivery of orders with cash on delivery option.
