How do you do that?

We're in this together, which is why the Mall has decided to help all businesses affected by the current state of government regulations regarding COVID-19 and allow them to offer vouchers for your services. Offer vouchers for your services on the MALL and get support from your customers to sustain your operations. MALL provides this service COMPLETELY FREE and doesn't charge any commission.

Step 1: Registration

You have now gone through the first step. In the email you entered when you registered, you will find an activation link to click on and choose a password to log in to the MALL Partner portalwhich will be used to create vouchers and manage the orders you receive from your customers.

Step 2: Onboarding / Contract

Once you've created a password, click on the header of the page on Log in and enter your new login details. Once logged in, follow the instructions. Once you have completed all the mandatory steps in our onboarding process it is time to create vouchers. To get you started in the process we will ask for a few documents via email, please respond. Without supplying the necessary documents it is not possible to start voucher sales.

Step 3: Create vouchers

Creating a voucher is quick and within 20 minutes you can offer your vouchers on MALL.cz. Click on the page on the left Products. Click in the menu on the right on Create a product and follow the instructions.

Step 4: Order processing

Uploading vouchers to MALL.cz is not the only activity that needs to be done. When a customer purchases vouchers, a new order is created in the MALL Partner portal that you need to process. The customer has purchased your voucher but has not yet received the voucher in their email. Sending the voucher is up to you, please do not read here for a longer period of time.
