In the long term we try to provide our customers with as much information as possible about products on the web and delivery dates. Currently we have a modification ready to see more accurately the delivery date according to the chosen transport and the possibilities of your warehouse.
We have written more detailed information for you here.

Our department will set you up We will copy your current Close time in bulk for each day as well and keep the current pricing rules.
We will set your account calendar according to the calendar of the country in which you are filing with regard to local holidays.
Supply delay over your entire account will be deleted and will need to be set up again. This setup is currently minimally used, so if you are interested in it, for example, because of inventory or possible company-wide holidays, etc., check and correct setup with your logistics specialist.
These adjustments will be set up in bulk by us and should not affect traffic or order flow. The data migration will take place on 8 September 2021

You will then need to check and adjust the settings on your side
Close time for each day of the week.

  • according to the agreed collections with your carrier or your practice of delivering shipments at the branches (note: in case of weekends, fill in 0:00 if you are not shipping at that time)
  • for the season is important to set according to the reality per each carrier

Revision of the pricing rules

  • according to order price or weight rules
  • it is possible to set different pricing rules for the price of shipping and delivery

Setting up your sales account calendar

  • select the country where your warehouse is located from which you are shipping (e.g. your warehouse is located in the Czech Republic, sales are made on MALL.SK - you select the Czech Republic as the calendar, this step will ensure that Slovak customers will be shown the correct delivery expectation reflecting the Czech calendar of your warehouse operation)

Warehouse outage/shipment/inventory as needed

  • while you are taking inventory or on vacation, you can set the delivery date to appear after the outage
  • just set it once and it will apply automatically when the time is right
  • you can set only one current outage at a time

It shouldn't take you more than a few minutes to set up and we believe it will improve the customer experience.

Currently, we are preparing a modification, thanks to which they will see a more accurate delivery date according to the chosen delivery option and the capacity of your warehouse. 

Here you can find detailed information about the changes.  

Our department will copy your current order closing time (tv. Close time) in bulk to each day, leaving the current pricing rules in place. 

We will set your account calendar according to the calendar of the country in which you are selling, with regard to local holidays.

The stock outage (called Supply delay) over your entire account will be deleted and will need to be set up again.This setup is currently barely used, so if you are interested in it for example due to inventory or company-wide holidays etc., please check and make the correct setup with your logistics specialist. 

These adjustments will be set up in bulk and should not affect operations or order flow. The data migration will take place on 8 September 2021.
