Timely order confirmation or cancellation
We would like to remind you of the time limit for order confirmation or cancellation, which is 24h from the change of order status to OPEN. Timely information is important for a good customer experience, as the customer relies on the order status information displayed on the MALL website.
All limits to the monitored SLA can be found in General Terms and Conditions in Annex 2 - SLA.
MALL order number on labels
For easier identification of shipments, the MALL order number is now also available on shipments sent to the recipient's address.
You can use this identification, for example, when returning a shipment from a carrier, so you don't have to do a complicated search to find out which shipment it is.
Knowledgebase - articles, guides, information
For better information we are gradually adding to Knowledgebase articles on various areas of our cooperation. Newly added articles can be found on the homepage in the section News.
If you cannot find the necessary information in the Knowledgebase mentioned above, you can use the MALL Partner Portal directly FAQ and send us your inquiry.

Timely confirmation or cancellation of an order
We would like to remind you of the time limit for confirming or canceling an order, which is 24h from the change of the order status to OPEN. Timely information is important for a good customer experience as the customer relies on the information about the order status, which is available to him on MALL website. All limits for monitored SLA can be found in General Terms and Conditions in Annex no. 2 - SLA.
MALL order ID on tracking labels
To make the identification of packages easier, MALL order ID is now available even on orders sent to the recipient's address.
This identification can be used for example when a package is returned from the delivery service, so you do not have to search which order it is.
Knowledgebase - articles, instructions, information
To make sure you are better informed, we are adding articles pertaining to various sections of our cooperation to Knowledgebase. Newly added articles can be found on the home page in the News section. If you do not find necessary information in the above-mentioned Knowledgebase, you can make use of Help centre directly in the MALL Partner portal and send us your question.
