API call limits

We would like to remind you that as of 1 September, a maximum daily number of API calls will be set and once exceeded, they will be limited. This optimization is being implemented to increase stability, response speed and data rewriting of MALL Partner systems.
More information can be found in the email dated 15.6. titled API call limits in MALL Partnerwhich contains links to articles about the limits as well as instructions on how to get your API connection to MALL set up correctly.

Multipack flipping

We are experiencing a growing demand for multi-piece products, where the customer is interested in ordering more pieces than the allowed limit in the basket (currently max 30 pieces). In this case, our B2B segment will contact you to agree terms such as quantity and discounted price (final, including VAT and shipping), while we offer a margin reduction from MALL to support sales. The technical side of the matter will be completely handled by the department for you Onboarding and the order will be on your bill as standard, as you are used to.

Update order tracking

This week, the order tracking upgrade was deployed in the Client Center for shipments delivered via MALL Delivery, and customers can now see the path of their shipment in more detail. For this reason, we urge you to set up statuses, especially Shipped status, in a timely manner so that the customer has the most up-to-date information about their shipment.

Multipack Listing

We are experiencing an increasing demand for multi-pack products, where a customer is interested in ordering more items than they are allowed due to limit in their cart (currently maximum of 30 items). In this case, our B2B segment will contact you to arrange terms such as quantity and discounted price (final price, including VAT and shipping), while we offer a margin reduction from the MALL side to support these sales. The technical side of things will be completely handled for you by the Onboarding department and the order will be in your billing as you are used to.


Order tracking updates
