Labels and discounts are marketing tools that help increase the attractiveness of your products to customers and have positive influence on your sales on MALL/Mimovrste.
Our internal data shows that highlighting a product can improve sales up to four times, which is why we recommend using Labels.

Only the following labels can be used, which are set by the Partner. 
Other labels may only be used by agreement with MALL. These are labels specifically designed for a particular Partner or labels designed for various marketing campaigns.

Discount settings

The discount works by setting a new sale price. If the new sale price is lower than the lowest sale price (called the "fair price") for that product in the last 30 days, the system will recognize this and display the price as a discount, and calculate the savings compared to the previous lowest price in the last 30 days.
This is in accordance with the EU regulation on fair discount display online.

Label names and what they mean

The two labels always available to you are "NOVO" (NEW) and "BREZPLAČNA DOSTAVA" (FDEL).
The other labels are usually tied to marketing campaigns and are only available during the campaign's duration. These may only be used in agreement with the MALL companyThese are labels specifically designed for a particular partner, or labels designed for various marketing campaigns.

You add labels separately for each item - you can find the "Labels" setting below the price window. You must always choose a validity date, from when to when the label should be visible on the item. You can remove a label at any time by clicking the delete icon (Trash).

Label „NEW“

This label will help you add the label to the product: "New".
The customer can then filter the product in a specific category on the website using the parameter Item Status = New.

You can set the New label on a product for a maximum of one month.
According to our data, this setting can increase product sales by approximately 12 %.

Label Free delivery "FDEL"

The FDEL label marks the product with the label Free shipping.
Products marked with this label are very attractive and desirable for customers.
The Free Delivery label can increase sales by up to 450 %.

Setting labels based on connection method:

Manual connection:

Partners connected via manual connection set labels for the product in the MALL Partner portal under the tab Products - Uploaded products. Click the edit icon for the item, and at the bottom of the page (under the description), you will find the "Labels" section.

If you want to use the label for individual variations, you can set it in the "Variations" tab in the same way as described above.

Connecting via MALL XML Feed:

You must add the required values to the "LABEL" element in the product feed. Valid input is available in the article Instructions for MALL XML Feed.

For labels, the partner sends data in a structure:

  • label* - label code
  • from* - start of validity
  • to* - expiry
