GBTC changes from August 1, 2025

Dear Partner,

On August 1, 2025, we will introduce changes to the MALL Partner General Business Terms and Conditions (further referred to as „GBTC„). You can find the GBTC here.

Who will be affected by the changes

The GBTC concerns mainly all MIMOVRSTE Partners selling in Slovenia.

What the changes are

We will apply the following changes to the GBTC on August 1, 2025:

• we will remove all references to specific article numbers of the laws to ensure the broadest possible application of the GBTC in both Slovenia and Croatia
• we will use the term „MALL“ where a partner program is mentioned now, while section 2.1.1 clarifies the definitions of „MALL“ and „ALLEGRO“
• we will make changes to the costs for returning goods by MALL to the Partner, with adjustments based on package size and destination country
• we will entirely exclude MALL Delivery from the GBTC because it does not exist anymore
• we will remove two attachments:
  • no. 3 — Mall Delivery price list and 
  • no. 5 — General terms and conditions of the Forwarding Contract applicable to MALL Partner cooperation between Allegro Retail a.s. or Allegro Slovakia s.r.o. and the Principal, regarding Mall Delivery
• we will provide all amounts in EUR now.
