We have introduced new delivery options on the Mimovrste.com and Mall.hr platforms, including delivery to Pudo Points and parcel lockers. This provides your customers with increased flexibility and convenience for order collection. See the list below.
To make your offers as competitive as possible, you should consider updating the delivery settings for your products.
What you need to do
- In the Mall Partner Portal Logistics/Delivery settings section, you can set prices and delivery times yourself.
- To display delivery options to parcel lockers, we need you to provide us with data on the dimensions and weight of the products.
Actions required to display new delivery options depending on the integration type:
1. API
– Change the deprecated endpoint GET/orders/{orderId} to the new V2 endpoint GET/v2/orders/{orderId} (see documentation link).
– The V2 endpoint includes the BranchID field for all new delivery services, which is not generally available in V1.
2. FEED (XML)
– Review your current configuration for orders using this delivery method.
– Pay particular attention to the parameter relating to the delivery branch ID.
3. MANUAL (CSV)
– In downloaded order files, new columns (BranchID and Branch address) may be included.
– Please verify your settings if you import these files into your systems.
Once you enter this information, all appropriate delivery options will be displayed to customers in the cart.
Below, you can find an overview of the new delivery options, along with limitations regarding parcel weight and dimensions (Pošta Slovenije, DPD, GLS, Croatian Post, Box Now, etc.).
