Opening hours during Christmas

We would like to inform you about the availability of our departments between Christmas holidays on 23 December and 27 December - 31 December 2021.
The Operations Department will be available on all the above days from 8am to 6pm.

The Onboarding Department will be available on all of the above days during standard business hours.
The Finance Department will be available from 7am to 5pm and the Complaints Department from 6am to 3pm.

Extension of technical support for vendor partners

With an ever increasing number of partners successfully completing integration, we have decided to expand the technical support we provide to partners selling in any of the MALL Partner countries. The entire department is fully available to address your queries on topics such as product display issues, etc. Instead of sending your queries to the Onboarding email address, please submit your queries via the Help Center in the "Technical support, products and activation". We currently handle these queries on a priority basis. By sending your query this way, you can significantly speed up the answer and help us a lot in solving it. Please note that you will not be able to submit your query to technical support in any other way from 1.1.2022.
