The MALL Partner model is based on the direct sale of goods to the end customer and their subsequent purchase from you, our partner. Because during the course of the cooperation, obligations arise on both sides...
During the cooperation obligations arise on both sides, therefore a set-off is often issued to optimize the number of financial transactions between us.
The set-off includes obligations of delivered goods invoices against cash on delivery, which come to your account or, for example, credit note payments from complaints and returns and other invoices.
Example of a set-off between Partner and MALL:
MALL sells goods to the end customer, to whom it also issues an invoice for the sold goods. For this reason, MALL must purchase the goods from the partner.
The purchase of goods applies only to delivered orders (orders with status Delivered) and the price of goods purchased by MALL from the partner is calculated as the selling price (see the term according to General Terms and Conditions of MALL Partner) of the individual product/SKU, which was listed on the website without VAT, reduced by the contractually Agreed Amount (see the term in General Terms and Conditions of MALL Partner) applicable to this particular product/SKU.
IMPORTANT - At the beginning of the cooperation it is necessary to properly agree and set all the rights and obligations for mutual financial settlement, especially the percentage rate of the Sales Price (see the term in General Terms and Conditions of MALL Partner). Should the financial payment to MALL be set up incorrectly on your part, you will have no choice but to correct any error with a credit note or additional invoice.
The Agreed Amount (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of MALL Partner is not deducted from the financial costs for services such as shipping and delivery charges; it only applies to the Products. These services are invoiced in full, i.e. the price excluding VAT.
The customer pays for orders in various ways, and depending on the payment method, these payments are then directed either to the MALL account or to the partner's account.
The following comes to MALL's account:
- payment by card in advance - online
- instant online transfer
- bank transfer
- installment purchase
The partner's account receives:
- payment upon receipt - cash on delivery (COD)
In case you are using the MALL Delivery (MD) service, all payments (including cash on delivery payment - COD) will be credited to the MALL account.
Regardless of the agreed billing method, the result should be a mutually agreed amount, i.e. the above-mentioned set-off. And this amount should match the value of the orders received.
