Below are the basic points that affect most partners going through the onboarding process for the MALL Partner Program. Including useful information.
1. API (complete)
Client_id (the "API key") can be found in the partner MALL portal in the section Partner.

The login to the portal can be found here:

Admin account is created by the partner at registration or by the MALL merchant. If you did not set a password when you registered, you can use the forgotten password feature:

3. Links to useful documents and guides
- MALL category export - All files with current MALL menu exports (individual countries).
- MP product appearance on MALL - An article specifying how text and images for products should look in order to comply with MALL rules.
- Sandbox account to control draft products - Sandbox account description. This is used to view unpublished products.
- MALL Delivery - Shipping setup instructions (only for partners using the MALL delivery platform - MDP).
- MALL Self-billing, automatic billing for MP partners - Article presenting the billing process between MALL and the partner that uses MALL Self-Billing.
- Manual billing, offset of receivables and payables - An article presenting the billing process between MALL and the partner that does not use MALL Self-Billing.

4. From a partner onboarding perspective, it is essential to have the following points resolved before launch:
- Contractual and administrative matters resolved.
- Integration performed.
- Fully uploaded product portfolio. Products must match Requirements on quality. MALL will check products before they are published.
- Founded by transport (information for Cart).
- Retrieved from contact details including addresses (the warehouse address is essential).
- Said link to MALL on your e-shop / website.
- Correctly set close time.
If the above steps are fulfilled and there are no other individual barriers, the partner will receive permission from MALL to release the products for sale.
5. Brands & EAN
- If a partner runs into brandsthat are new to MALL (not available in API), apply for them here.
MALL will create the brand and provide the brand_id to the partner. The brand_id will soon become a mandatory attribute. Partners listing new products will therefore upload them directly with the brand filled in. - EAN will soon become a mandatory attribute like brand_id. 6. Communication
For effective communication, the partners have set up contact addresses. In order to speed up communication, partners include their partner number/company in the subject line. Alternatively, partners can also use help centre.
